in play - Cards "in play for uniqueness only" may not use any
skills or other features.
If the card is non-universal, you may not
play another copy of that card (or of any version of the card's
persona).
Ich nehme mal an, mit DQSS darf man immernoch eine zusätzliche Person spielen (wenn nur 1 unique Person "in play for uniqueness only" ist), da dieses "...not play another copy..." aus der Regelung hergeleitet wurde, dass man keine non-universal personnel doppelt haben darf und es keine neue spezielle Regelung darstellt?
